I was practically born singing, and was raised in San Francisco, California where I learned to play piano, guitar, and any other instrument I could get my hands on. A lifelong musician and worshipper, I grew up in church but truly began following Christ at age 19. After devoting my life to vocational ministry, I directed the worship department for high school and middle school ministries at Community Presbyterian Church in Danville, CA, as well as serving as a worship leader and assistant to the head Pastor of Worship and Arts. In 2015, I moved to Phoenix to pursue a theology degree at Grand Canyon University.
During my time at Grand Canyon University, I released music nationally through GCU’s Christian music label, “Canyon Worship,” founded a recording and production company for writing, arranging, producing, and scoring music, and led worship music at over 40 churches between California and Arizona. I met my wife, Kelly, in 2015 and we instantly became best friends. After ministering together as friends for a year and dating long distance another year after that, we got married in May of 2017.
Kelly and I are eager to serve alongside the wonderful staff at Camelback and invest deeply in the life of the church and the community, believing in the wisdom and power of God and his plans for the future.
