He is risen! He is risen, indeed!
Additional Passion Week Services
What happened in one week in the early 30’s A.D. was more important than the cumulative significance of the 730,000 days since then. Nowhere else in history have seven days carried such weight or made such an impact.
Those experiencing those days were changed so much by the events of those 96 hours that their testimonies have transformed hundreds of millions of lives. Come and experience the victory of Jesus Christ as we celebrate Passion Week at Camelback Bible Church.
Palm Sunday – March 25
Services at 9:00 am & 10:45 am, Sanctuary
Start the Passion Week celebration with Jesus’ triumphal entry into Jerusalem. Our children’s choirs lead us with palm fronds and celebration as we mark Jesus’ triumphant entry into Jerusalem, fulfilling prophecy and initiating his final week of life.
Family Prayer Gathering at 4:00 pm, Welcome Center
Come gather as a family to pray, reflect, and praise God for Jesus Christ’s victory over sin and death.
Maundy Thursday – March 29
7:00 – 8:30 pm, Rooms 207/208/209
Relive the last supper of Jesus with his disciples through music, scripture, prayer, and communion.
Good Friday: Service of Darkness – March 30
7:00 – 8:30 pm, Sanctuary
Behold the final moments of Jesus, the mock trial, the extensive abuse, the rejection of friends and Father, the lingering death. Our scripture readers, Sanctuary Choir, and Sanctuary Bells will capture the darkness in unforgettable strains of music, and the apostle Matthew will guide our thoughts with his first-hand account of the crucifixion.
