Understanding that young children learn best by exploring, experimenting, and expressing; our hands-on, developmentally appropriate, curriculum is developed with each child in mind. We observe the child so we know the child! During circle time, structured activities, and free choice centers early childhood “best practices” are used including teachers interacting with students and asking questions that dig deeper… how, why and what do you think…open-ended questions that challenge those little brains are so important! Do and think, think and do.
We guide children through foundational concepts in the way they think…literally, concretely, and the beginning of abstract thought and imagination. Each level is staged to build upon the previous level with not only their present comprehension in mind, but also the critical future. We conference and provide progress reports 2 times a year. The staff is also always available for questions or concerns and we’ll certainly bring any of our concerns to you!

Bible time is held in each classroom each day and once a week we hold chapel for all students where we present God’s truth from scripture in meaningful ways for a beginning exposure and understanding of who he is, his creation of all things, and why we need Jesus as our Savior. Each month we develop a theme around one of the Fruits of the Spirit as found in Galatians 5:22 and integrate songs, activities, and scripture memory.
